4th Grade Composers
Who knows where the next Mozart or Beethoven will come from? ZM 4th graders have been using technology to compose their own music in Mrs. Peterson's music class. We'll keep our ears tuned!

Skyping with China
Mrs. Richardson's 1st grade class experienced the Chinese New Year in a way that most cannot say they have. On Monday, January 23, (the Chinese New Year), Chi Zhao used Skype to have a video conference with family and friends as they celebrated the Chinese New Year in China. It was 8:30 AM in Zumbrota, but in China it was 10:30 PM. Chi is Zumbrota-Mazeppa's Amity Intern and she has done a great job of exposing students to the Chinese culture through lessons, song, dance, and some great projects.

One Act Play Performance
Congratulations to the cast of the One-Act play, "Kaleidoscope". They placed 2nd at subsections and had a great performance at sections in Winona. They are coached by Becci Berg.
