Mrs. Ferguson’s 1st grade class! We experimented with Volcanos and how magma changes to lava as the volcano erupts. This is part of our knowledge unit on “The History of the Earth!” We learned about habitats and animals and then had the opportunity for a family to bring in baby chicks! What a great hands on learning opportunity!

Today, I was able to observe a lab in Ms. Quam’s 5th Grade Science class, “Designing the Perfect Pancake.” Did you know that adding 7-Up to pancakes makes them fluffy?! I’m going to try and impress my family with this secret! 😃 Thanks, 5th Grade, for sharing your knowledge and hopefully improving my skills in the kitchen!
